Short Biography

John MansourJohn F. Mansour is a California Attorney practicing since 1999 and a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2006. John received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of California Irvine.

John has litigated cases including, but not limited to, adverse possession, broker/agent negligence, non-disclosures, purchase agreements, contract interpretation, commission disputes, buyer/seller disputes, zoning, escrow liability, inspector liability, contractor liability, property damage, title policy coverage, easements, property line disputes, RESPA violations, unlawful detainer, real estate fraud, and has been involved in numerous mediations and arbitrations.

John gained experience working for the largest law firms in Southern California before opening his own firm in 2010. John uses that experience to represent clients effectively, while keeping costs and fees reasonable.

John is legal counsel and advisor to several real estate offices in California and has experience in loss mitigation and risk. John's business litigation practice is aimed to maximize results while saving costs for clients. John's Bankruptcy practice takes a holistic and business-like approach, where Bankruptcy is a means to an achievable end.

John lectures and has taught college level courses on the topics of real estate. John has hosted weekly radio show on various legal topics on AM 590 KTIE and has been a guest on AM 1490 discussing many real estate topics. John has been interviewed and wrote legal articles in newspapers, such as, Redlands Daily Facts, Inland Valley Daily Bulletin, Pasadena Star-News, San Gabriel Valley Tribune, Whittier Daily News, and bar associations on the subjects of real estate seller and buyer recourse, non-disclosure, modification, short sales, REOs, negligence and real estate fraud.
